Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Pilother account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pilother Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Pilother", "we", "us").

2. The service

Pilother is a SaaS platform that aggregates customer messages and comments from connected channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, email, SMS, web chat) into a unified inbox, with optional AI-assisted reply generation. Features may evolve over time; we reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Notify us at security@pilother.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Use Pilother to send spam, harass users, or violate Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Use AI replies to deceive users into thinking they are speaking to a specific human (you must disclose AI use where required by law).
Upload illegal content or use the service to infringe third-party rights.
Resell access to your Pilother workspace without our written consent.

5. Third-party platforms

Pilother integrates with Instagram, WhatsApp and other third-party services. Your use of those services through Pilother is also subject to the third party's own terms (e.g. Instagram Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy). We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms.

6. Pricing & payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for new billing periods with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use policy, or third-party platform terms. Upon termination, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated suggestions are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilother's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul.
